全自动称重式灌装机

全自动称重式灌装机用途：适用于对流体10kg-50kg的计重量灌装。自动完成计数进瓶、计重量灌装、输送出瓶等一系列操作。特别适用于水剂、食用油、润滑油的定量灌装，是食品、医药、化妆品一级精细化工等行业的理想包装机。

全自动称重式灌装机结构特点：采用可编程控制器（PLC）、触摸屏进行操作控制，使用调节方便。每个灌装头均有称重和反馈系统，能对每一个头的灌装量进行灌装量设置和单个微量调整。光电传感、接近开头等采用的都是*的传感元件，做到无桶不灌装，堵桶主机会自动停机并报警。灌装方式为下潜式，可有效减少泡沫的产生，可以满足不同特征物料的灌装。整机按GMP标准要求制作，各管路连接采用快装方式，拆卸清洗方便快捷，与物料接触部位及外露部分均采用优质不锈钢材料制造。整机安全、环保、卫生、美观，能适应各种不同环境的工作。

 This type of machine is used for 10kg to 50 liquid filling. Automatic achieve counting bottle inlet, filling by weight, bottle outlet. Especially for SL, edible oil, lubrication. It’s a nice choice for foodstuff, pharmacy, cosmetic and chemical industries.

  This machine adopts PLC, touch screen control panel, convenient to adjust. Each filling head has the weigh and feedback system, each filling head can be regulated. Photoelectric sensor, approximate switch and other electric elements are using the international famous brand, no container no filling, the mainhost can alarm if there is any container blocked. Dive method to fill and can reduce foam; it can be suitable for various kinds of filling products. The whole machine meet GMP standard, it is easy to disassemble, clean and maintain and the parts which will contact with the filling products are made of high quality stainless steel. The whole machine is safe, environmental, sanitary, adopts to various kinds of working places.
