• 球形浓缩器概述

1.Description for the Spherical concentrator

球形浓缩器主要由浓缩罐主体、冷凝器、汽液分离器、受液罐等主要部分组成，具有操作方便、使用可靠，对生产环境无污染、噪音小等特点，广泛适用于制药、食品、化工等行业对液体物料的浓缩、蒸馏及有机溶媒的回收工艺。设备与物料接触部分均采用不锈钢制造，具有良好的耐腐蚀性能，经久耐用并符合GMP标准。

设备的浓缩罐为夹套结构冷，凝器为列管式，汽液分离器为折流分离式、冷却器为蛇管式结构。工作时打开的真空口和进料口阀门，将液料抽入罐内，当液面达到一定高度后，关闭进料阀，并缓缓开放蒸汽进口阀门，将罐内液体的沸腾数分钟后，注意保持蒸汽压力和真空度（或者调节设定温控仪的进行自动控制）。蒸馏出的汽体通过冷凝器、汽液分离器，其中部分回流至主体罐内，大部分进入冷凝器冷凝成液体进入受料罐进行回收或排放。浓缩结束后，关闭真空口，蒸汽口阀门，打开放空口（即直嘴式旋塞阀）常压后出料。由于是真空蒸发液料沸点相应较低，因而液料蒸发的速度也比较快，根据液料的热敏特性，操作时可以自行调节真空度与温度的高低，使设备与物料蒸发工作达到一个*的状况。

Concentrated after closing the vacuum valve, steam, open the vent (i.e. straight mouth plug valve) after discharge at atmospheric pressure. Because the vacuum evaporation of liquid material boiling point is relatively low, so the evaporation of the liquid material is also relatively fast speed, according to the thermal characteristics of the liquid material, when the operation can adjust the vacuum and temperature, the evaporation of materials equipment and work to achieve an optimal condition.
