• 概 述：

GLDWG—X型液体无菌灌装机是为无菌袋大包装工艺服务的经济实用型灌装设备。

无菌袋式大包装是食品保存、保鲜技术的一个重大飞跃，其zui突出的特点是能保持食品的原有风味（因不需二次杀菌）。同时还具有便于储存、运输方便、无需冷藏、保质期长的特点。因此被越来越多的企业所采用。

无菌袋式大包装工艺主要用于：各种饮料的底料、各种果蔬、药材的原汁及浓缩汁的包装。它可以在果菜旺季就近产地大批加工，大袋包装储存，淡季时再分装制作。

本设备是在无菌条件下自动完成重量计量、开盖、灌装、封盖等全过程，由于灌装过程是在密封的灌装室中进行，因此无任何污染，特别适合果蔬制汁、饮料、制药等行业需超净化和无菌的灌装。

• 工作原理：

    在灌装机经预杀菌等准备工作就绪后，将无菌袋放在小无菌室下部特定位置。然后按照使用说明书逐个按下的按钮，无菌袋嘴进入无菌室进行夹紧、杀菌、开盖、灌装、封盖并压紧，zui后送出无菌室等动作，完成一袋的灌装，灌装量由工作台上的电子重量计量仪数字显示并控制，整个灌装过程在无菌室内由机械手完成，从而保证整个灌装过程不被污染。

1. 本设备自带小无菌室，所有灌装动作均在无菌室中由机械手完成，保证整个过程无污染；
2. 产品阀门及灌装头运动部件采用蒸汽屏障保护，灌装室采用蒸汽杀菌，使用方便，杀菌*，无任何化学残留；
3. 外壳及所有和被灌装物接触的地方均采用不锈钢制作；
4. 采用镜面焊接技术，确保焊缝光滑平整，减少产品残留；

III.Working Principle

After preparation of filling machine pre-sterilization,put the aseptic bag on the special position under bottom of aseptic room. Then press the button according to the operation manual one by one for aseptic bag mouth clamping in the sterile room,sterilization,uncapping,filling,seal capping and compressing,finally finish one bag filling by send the bag out of aseptic room.filling volume will be showed and controlled by electric weight meter on the worktable,this whole movement are processed by machine hand without any pollution.
