油冷却在汽车零部件、机械加工、板材、家具制造等企业中都有大型的机床设备，在这些机床设备如主轴、切削液、润滑油、液压油、电控柜等许多切削加工机床（加工中心、车床、铣床、钻床等）中需要*或主轴高速转动，由此会产生大量的热量导致油温升高，若不对油温进行控制会导致以下问题：
1.密封件变形和老化而失去弹性，发生漏油，过高温度还能使导管和接缝破坏。
    2.液压油*在较高的温度下工作会加速油品的氧化，缩短液压油的使用寿命，酸性氧化产物还会腐蚀金属，氧化产生的油泥会堵塞油滤，增加泵的磨损。
    3.油品的粘度变低，内泄漏增多，油泵容积效率下降，磨损增加，缩短使用寿命。
    4.液压配件产生热膨胀，配合间隙减小，造成元件失灵或卡死。
