自动反冲洗过滤器

反冲洗过滤器，是一种利用滤网直接拦截水中的杂质，去除水体悬浮物、颗粒物，降低浊度，净化水质，减少系统污垢、菌藻、锈蚀等产生，以净化水质及保护系统其他设备正常工作的精密设备。水由进水口进入自清洗过滤器机体，由于智能化设计，系统可自动识别杂质沉积程度，给排污阀信号自动排污。

自动反冲洗过滤器克服传统过滤产品的纳污量小、易受污物堵塞、过滤部分需拆卸清洗且无法监控过滤器状态等众多缺点，具有对原水进行过滤并自动对滤芯进行自动清洗排污的功能，且清洗排污时系统不间断供水，可以监控过滤器的工作状态，自动化程度很高。覆盖了由10um到3000um的各种过滤精度的需求，为客户提供各种水过滤设备。

反冲洗过滤器，运行及控制不需外接任何能源就可以自动清洗过滤，自动排污。反冲洗期间不断流，清洗过滤周期可以调节，清洗过滤时间默认为10-60/s，清洗过滤损失水量只占过滤水量的0.08－0.6%；过滤精度可达10-3000 微米；工作压力可达1.0-1.6Mpa；单台流量：4-4160m³/h。

反冲洗过滤器可立式、卧式、倒置任意方向任意位置安装，可用于工业、农业、市政电力、电子、医药、食品、印染、建筑、钢铁、冶金、造纸等各行各业水过滤。

自动反冲洗过滤器可用于对工业水、海水、食品和制药等轻化工工业废水、循环水的过滤，废油、液态原料等过滤处理等。在冶金工业及石化工业及电厂给排水和循环水系统和涉及到液态的介质过滤等工艺中，应用自动反冲洗过滤器也日趋广泛，我国现代冶金企业引进的水系统、高炉水系统、用高压水除鳞系统、乳化液系统以及封闭的水循环系统，液态的介质过滤系统均大量地采用了自动反冲洗过滤器。

1.过滤精度：100～3000 μm5微米都可以达到,用锲形网。

2.压力损失：≤ 0.016 Mpa可以设计为2公斤压差的时候就自动反冲洗。

3.排污阀口径：DN 50 mm。

4.排污时间：10～60秒可以设计定时反冲洗或者压差反冲洗。

5.电源：交流三相380V/ 50Hz可以用气压反冲洗。

6.控制界面：数显、旋钮、开关。

1.全自动反冲排污过滤器采用多个滤筒过滤，有效过滤面积大，压力损失小。 设计过滤面积为进出口面积的3～5倍。

2. 全自动反冲排污过滤器维修、维护方便：设置检修人孔，装卸滤筒方便， 反冲洗过滤器

3. 全自动反冲排污过滤器采用多滤筒过滤、逐个滤筒清洗的结构，清洗时不间断供水。

4.全自动反冲排污过滤器程序控制：可根据用户现场实际情况需要设定系统的各项参数。

5.反冲洗过滤器*的控制系统：控制系统的精确度高，并可根据不同水质调整其工作模式和运行状态，以提高其适应水质能力。

6.冲洗过滤器方便的控制方式：压差/时间同时控制或分别控制，可根据实际工况及需求任意选择，自动运行;同时设手动/自动转换开关，控制方式可预先设定,并可实现电气互锁,

7.反冲洗过滤器设有就地控制，必要时可设远传控制转换开关，以实现就地操作和远控操作。

8. 反冲洗过滤器留有运行状态输出、故障报警输出等功能,保证设备使用在安全可靠条件下全自动反冲排污过滤器功能作用

该设备在出厂前已调试完毕，用户在使用时直接运行即可。当设备各运行参数不能满足用户要求时，用户可根据实际工况调定各参数，并相应选用手动控制、自动控制方式进行工作。

*运行时，应按以下步骤进行：

1.检查过滤器是否处于正常工作状态：

2.察看过滤器各连接处是否牢固。

3.察看过滤器电控箱部分应是干燥的。

4.接通电源，绿色电源指示灯亮，此时表示过滤器电控部分处于正常工作状态，设备可投入试运行。

注：插上电源时应注意保持手的干燥，同时在过滤器工作过程中应保持其电控器部分干燥，不可有水进入电控器内部
