防爆电磁阀是把设备可能点燃爆炸性气体混合物的部件全部封闭在一个外壳内，其外壳能够承受通过外壳任何接合面或结构间隙，渗透到外壳内部的可燃性混合物在内部爆炸而不损坏，并且不会引起外部由一种、多种气体或蒸气形成的爆炸性环境的点燃，把可能产生火花、电弧和危险温度的零部件均放入隔爆外壳内，隔爆外壳使设备内部空间与周围的环境隔开。隔爆外壳存在间隙，因电气设备呼吸作用和气体渗透作用，使内部可能存在爆炸性气体混合物，当其发生爆炸时，外壳可以承受产生的爆炸压力而不损坏，同时ZCSB防爆电磁阀外壳结构间隙可冷却火焰、降低火焰传播速度或终止加速链，使火焰或危险的火焰生成物不能穿越 隔爆间隙点燃外部爆炸性环境，从而达到隔爆目的。

【进口防爆型电磁阀】维护说明：

1、不锈钢防爆电磁阀建议使用单位指派专人负责使用保养。

2、防爆电磁阀安装后，须通入介质试动作数次，确认正常后方可投入正式使用。

3、应定期清洗大阀内外及衔铁吸合面的污物。注意不要损坏密封面。

4、防爆电磁阀较长时间不用时，应关闭阀前手动阀，重新启用时，蒸汽电磁阀应将冷凝水排除干净，并作试动作数次，待开关正常后方可投入使用。

5、防爆电磁阀从管路上卸下不用时，应将内部零件试净并用压缩空气吹净储存。

6、使用时间较长时，如活塞与阀座间密封不好，可将活塞密封面重新磨平，再和阀座研磨。

7、电磁阀工作时，要注意阀门前后压力表，要求工作压力不得超过额定压力，工作压差必须在额定压差范围内。当工作压力超过额定压力或工作压差超过额定压差时，电磁阀要停止使用，关闭前后手动阀，以防止电磁阀爆炸和泄漏
