三通阀有三个出入口与管道相连,相当于两台单座阀合成一体。 按作用分为合流阀(两进一通)与分流阀(一进两通)。 工作时,一路全开,一路全关,所以关闭时受力与单座阀相似,不平衡力大。 三通阀阀芯与套筒阀的套筒一样,其截留面积有开大窗和打小孔(喷射型)两种,后者有降低噪音,减小共振的功能。按作用方式分为三通合流调节阀和三通分流调节阀两种。合流调节阀是两种流体通过阀加以混合,例如两种不同温度的流体通过阀混合温度介于前两者之间的流体。这种阀有两个进口和一个出口。分流调节阀是把一种流体通过阀后分成两路,当阀在关闭一个出口的同时就打开了另一个出口,这种阀有一个入口和两个出口。 但其合流调节阀和分流调节阀芯位置不一样,合流调节阀的阀芯位于两阀座之内,分流阀的阀芯位于两阀座之外,这样设计阀芯,可以使流动方向将阀芯处于流开状态,合流调节阀能稳定操作。所以,一般而言,合流调节阀应用于合流的场合,分流调节阀应用于分流的场合

注:常温型工作温度-20-+200℃,泄露等级为Ⅳ级。高温型阀盖增设散热片,可用于介质温度-60-+450℃的场合>。波纹管密封型对上下移动的阀杆形成*的密封,堵绝流体外漏。 低温型采用加长阀盖加隔热板结构可于-196℃深冷场合。
