YMFT30型玉米加工设备

YMFTA30T玉米加工设备属于FTA系列小型玉米加工设备，采用（全干法）混合脱皮脱胚工艺，可同时生产出不同粒度的低脂玉米糁、玉米粉玉米皮。玉米糁、玉米粉是食品厂、酒精厂、白酒厂、啤酒厂、乳酸厂、玉米糖厂等玉米做原料的加工企业，也是城镇居民粗粮细吃改善生活的佳食品，玉米皮可作饲料。

2、电耗：吨玉米耗电50-60度左右；

3、成品出品率：玉米糁、碴45-55%左右；玉米粉30-20%左右；玉米皮、胚25%左右，玉米糁、玉米粉总出品率75-80%。

1、玉米粉粗细度：40-150目（粗细可任意调节）。

Fineness degree of corn flour: 40-150 meshes (fineness degree can be adjusted arbitrarily).

2、含沙量：不大于0.002%

Sａnd content: not more than 0.002%

3、磁性金属含量：不大于0.003g/kg

Magnetic metal content: not more than 0.003g/kg

4、水分：储存型：13.5-14.5%

Water: stored: 13.5-14.5%

5、颜色气味：粉色、气味、口味正常。

Color & smell: pink, smell & taste are normal.

6、脂肪含量：1-2%

Fat content: 1-2%
