1向供货厂家反馈以上情况，要求改进焊接部位。

2加强对风机转子的防腐，风机运转一个周期后必须对风机进行揭盖检查，查看风机高压、低压级叶片腐蚀情况，逐片检查叶片，并进行防腐处理。

3风机备用期间，用氮气充满风机上、下缸空间，对风机转子进行保养。

4坚持低速盘车制度，以减轻转子垂直方向的挠度。

5定期对风机转子作动平衡试验。

6加强监测诊断，稍有异常立即停机检查，把故障消灭在萌芽状态 。

​风机与电动机之间由联轴器链接，传递运动和转矩。不对中是风机的故障，风机的故障60%与不对中相关。风机的不对中故障是指风机、电动机两转子的轴心线与轴承中心线的倾斜或偏移程度。风机转子的不对中可以分为联轴器不对中和轴承不对中。风机转子系统产生不对中故障后，在旋转过程中会产生一系列对设备运行不利的动态效应，引起联轴器的偏转、轴承的磨损、油膜稳态和轴的挠曲变形等，不仅使转子的轴颈与轴承的相互位置和轴承的工作状态发生了变化，也同时降低了轴系的固有频率，使转子受力及轴承所受的附加力导致风机的异常振动和轴承的早期损坏，危害*。对于风机的不对中故障，可以用激光对中仪来解决，方便快捷
