精细雾化喷嘴，包括燃油精细雾化喷嘴、高压精细雾化喷嘴（高压雾化喷嘴）、低压精细雾化喷嘴（低压雾化喷嘴）等。该类喷嘴不需要空气辅助，系统装置简单；喷出雾粒细微，小雾化粒径可达20微米，雾化充分，节能节水，成本低，效果好（喷雾效果可与空气雾化喷嘴相媲美）；喷头不堵塞，不漏水（自带一个防漏装置），内旋式自动清洁，不锈钢喷片经*锻压工艺处理，耐用性强。

精细雾化喷嘴的喷雾原理

精细雾化喷嘴的结构简单，在其内部镶安装有一个由不锈钢制作的喷嘴芯和大流叶片，并且还带有一个防漏装置，这种结构使喷嘴内的液体在20KG-120KG的水压下，以*的速度流动，从而在倒流叶片中形成了一个离心漩涡，这时从喷嘴口喷出的精细的空心式雾粒，整个精细雾化过程就完成了。

2、喷嘴结构：多件组合, 内含防滴漏装置，接口处带有不锈钢过滤网或溶铜过滤网
2、喷雾角度：45°-90°
3、雾化直径：20微米-50微米
4.喷嘴流量：0.0125-0.24升/分(20-100巴)
5.精细雾化喷嘴所需压力：0.5~15公斤的范围内即可。
