产品描述：

进口带溢流阀罗茨真空泵是一种旋转式变容积式真空泵，利用一对8字形转子在泵壳中作等速反向转动而产生吸气和排气作用。在泵的进气和排气口之间装有自重阀，当排气口与进气口之间的压力差超过阀自重时，阀自动打开。这个压力差是泵能可靠运行的大压力差。因而带溢流阀罗茨真空泵具备自动防止过载功能。
该系列泵采用进口加工中心制作，泵体、两端面、两端盖均采用O形圈密封，圆柱销定位孔均一次加工成形，零件互换性好，维修方便。
罗茨真空泵不能单独使用，只有串联前级泵方可使用。可选用不同的真空泵作为前级泵，如螺杆泵、旋片泵、液环泵等。当选用螺杆泵、液环泵作为前级泵时，特别适合需抽除大量可凝性气体的场合。

■  泵内运转件无摩擦，不必润滑，泵工作腔内无油，可获得清洁真空，避免了油蒸气污染真空系统

■  泵腔内气体垂直流动，有利于被抽气体的灰尘与冷凝物的排除

■  *对称且精密动平衡的转子运转平稳，可靠

■  设计有垂直于水平两个排气口，安装方便

■  过载自动保护，适合高压差工况，运行安全、可靠

■  驱动功率小，运转维护费用低

■  立体水冷结构，运行温度低，保证平稳运行

■  能在较宽的压力范围（1～1.3×10³ Pa）有较大的抽气速率。如同作用于前级泵上用于提高其抽速和真空度的“加速器”

■  可对气体流通部分做化学镀镍、镀哈氏合金、喷涂氟涂料的处理，能耐各类酸、碱、有机溶剂腐蚀
