喷淋杀菌冷却隧道应用于果汁(茶)等饮料灌装生产线而设计制造。其为隧道式巴氏杀菌及喷淋冷却机是一种处理那些已灌装好了的容器方法。没有经过处理好的产品灌进容器,并将容器封好盖,然后通过输送带的传送,进入隧道式巴氏杀菌及喷淋冷却机的内部。在巴氏杀菌及喷淋冷却机中的各个温度区域内,容器受到不同温度水的喷淋,也就是杀菌阶段和冷却阶段。
喷淋杀菌冷却隧道其采用了喷淋到较凉的容器上的水将会变热,这部分较热的水被用来冷已经被杀菌处理过了的较热的容器,以便容器进行逐步冷却,这样既可以避免过热而造成的口味损失,又能够防止容器热应力的突变而产生碎瓶或瓶变形。并且加热区域和冷却区域相互连接起来后,能量就得到了很好地再生利用——这就是称这为能量再生原理。隧道式巴氏杀菌机充分利用了这一热热量平衡原理,能耗非常低,只有杀菌区域使用了有限的能源。

In this way, it can avoid the loss of taste caused by overheat and prevent cracking or deformation of the containers because of the sudden change of the thermal stress. The interconnection of the heating zones and cooling zones will better recycle the energy — this is the energy regeneration principle. The tunnel Pasteur sterilizer makes full use of the heat balance principle and only consumes limited resources in sterilization zone.
