产品特点 Characteristics
　　纸板精滤机为ZBJS/400、ZBJS/600和ZBJZ/1000三种规格，其中ZBJS/400和ZBJS/600为手动液压压紧；ZBJZ/1000为自动液压压紧；三规格产品配上所需纸板后，可对已初滤，浊度值达到规定要求的液体进行进一步的净化。根据纸板的性能可实现清过滤和无菌过滤，与前道过滤配合使用。具有运行平稳可靠，劳动强度低，操作方便，易维修保养，节能效果明显等特点。
　　Paper-plate frame filter include three types of ZBJS/400, ZBJS/600 and ZBJZ/1000, among which ZBJS/400 and ZBJS/600 are the one of manual hydraulic press and ZBJZ/1000 is automatic hydraulic press.The above filters loaded paper-plate may filter the liquid primary filtered whose density has been reached to the demands of standards. According to paper-plate’s performance, the filter may achieve clear and germfree filtering and coordinate with use of the former filtering. The above filters has advantages of reliable operation, low labor intensity to operate and maintain and economizing on energy etc.. 
适用范围及效果 Scope of applicatition and result
　　● 可对果蔬汁、浓缩果汁、茶饮料、果酒、葡萄酒、黄酒、果葡糖浆、高果糖浆、葡萄糖浆、植物提取物、制药、添加剂、化工等进行精密过滤。
　　Can carry on the fine filtration of fruits and vegetables juice, concentration fruit juice tea drink, ratafia, grape wine, yellow wine, fruit grape syrup, high fruit syrup, grape syrup, plant extraction, drugs manufacture, additive, chemical and so on. 
　　● 接在硅藻土过滤机后，其效果比精滤前有明显提高，浊度可降低0.2EBC以上，保质期或延长二至三个月。
　　Compare to the filtrate before fine filtration, the effect improve greatly while connected after the diatomite filter, the turbidities can reduce more than 0.2EBC, extend the guarantee time two to three months. 
　　● 可去除冷凝水中的TAB菌（耐热菌）。
　　Can remove the TAB fungus (heat-resisting fungus) in the condensed water. 
　　● 可去除浓缩果汁中的TAB菌，减少果汁热力杀菌的强度，同时提高果汁的各项理化指标。
　　Can remove the TAB fungus in the concentration fruit juice, reduces the thermal sterilization intensity, simultaneously enhances each physics and chemistry target.
