威德尔霍格品牌—烟熏炉结构特点：

1、  炉体采用全不锈钢材质（包括骨架）制作，经久耐用；高密度岩棉隔热，保温性能优良。

2、  特殊的短锥形管出风口，按流体运动原理设计、布置，有效地消除气流的局部涡流，使炉体内气流循环更均匀。

3、  循环风机叶轮采用后向平行盘结构，叶片强度大，气流稳定。有效地保证了产品在干燥、蒸煮、液熏、烟熏、发红等过程中温、湿度的*性 ，从而保证了产品着色均匀。

4、  炉体内置有挂取式清洗挡板，使炉体内壁清洗更干净。

5、  炉门采用扛杆式开启的碰锁装置，操作方便、可靠。

6、  采用德国ADITEC控制器，可直观地显示设备的运行状态，方便地进行各种参数的设定、修改。或采用触摸屏加PLC控制方式。

7、  系统自带故障诊断功能，便于设备日常维护。

8、  烟熏方式由用户选择，可以采用节能和环保的液体发烟系统，也可以采用常规的木粒发烟系统。

9、  采用阿姆斯壮疏水阀，既有利于蒸汽凝结水的收集，又大大提高了蒸汽的利用率；使设备的蒸汽耗量大为下降。同时又保证了温度的均匀性。

10、         采用世界电气、气动及蒸汽控制元器件，性能稳定、可靠。

11、         专门配置湿度控制阀，产品在发红及烟熏工序时，可进行有效的湿度控制。

12、         控制系统在突然断电、故障停机时，重启后仍保持原工作数据不变，继续运行，做到无间隙工作。

13、         可配置外置式木粒发烟系统。（选配功能）

Characteristics:

The chamber is made of high quality stainless steel (including the frames) and high-density rock wool for good reliability and heat-insulation.

Special cone-shaped exhaust outlet designed according to the principle of fluid motion can efficiently eliminate the whirlpool and keep the consistency of airflow circulation.

Special-designed circulation fan has the advantages of great strength and stable airflow. Therefore, it can efficiently guarantee the consistency of temperature and humidity during drying, cooking, liquid smoking, smoking and reddening etc., making the product with average color and taste.

The chamber wall can be cleaned more efficiently due to the cleaning board inside of the chamber.

Spring lock device is equipped on the door to ensure the easy operation and the reliability.

Adopt German ADTEC controller to directly monitor the working status and flexibly set particular processing program (PLC and touch screen control system is optional).

The smokehouse is with fault-finding function, and the fault can be showed on the touch screen, which is easy for maintenance in daily production.

The smoking methods can be chosen as required. The energy-saving and environment friendly liquid smoking system or the general woodchip smoking system is optional.

Adopt ARMSTRONG drain valve for faster and better steam-condensed water collection and the drainage, thus the best efficiency of steam utility and the consistency of temperature can be kept.

Equip world-famous electric parts, pneumatic or steam controlling units, which are reliable and durable for the using.

Equip humidity control valve to control the humidity in the chamber during the process of reddening and smoking.

When the smokehouse powers off or breaks down, it will continue working with original process setting after restarting.

External woodchip-smoldering smoke generator is equipped. (Optional)
