设计原理
锅炉蒸汽预热上罐处理水,供应下罐加热食品热源。
升温:上罐热水快速充满下槽、杀菌物初温快速上升
保温:蒸汽充分供应、循环加热、热值分布稳定
冷却系统:冷却水直接进入锅内,直接降温, 操作系统有手动、半自动控制、全自动微电脑控制系统可供选择
Design principle
Preheating the sterilizing water in the upper tank with steam generated by boiler, provide heat source to the sterilizing.
1、Raising temperature: preheated water fill the sterilizing tank quickly, initial temperature rises quickly.
2、Sterilizing: sufficiently supplied steam heat recycle, heat distribution steady.
3、Cooling system: cooling water is inlet to the autoclave to cool the food directly. Three kinds of control system including manual、semi auto、full automatic PLC control are available.
