贴标机日常维护保养的步骤

4.调整胶辊与标板，标板与胶辊之间只是相互接触而没有任何压力。间隙过大，标板上胶过多，造成甩胶。间隙过小，接触太紧，会将胶水挤走，标板半边没有胶水。实践证明，标板与胶辊间隙在0.1mm～0.2mm之间为*。可以通过调整胶辊下部的轴承座来实现，必要时对胶辊上部的轴承进行调节。

 5.有时标签上胶水面太光滑，标签的硬度太强，标签左右爪子，上下爪子没有对正转杆沟槽，胶水的粘度不够，这样会造成标签无法被扇形转杆粘贴一半，排除的方法为改用粘度较大的胶水；更换标签材料，上胶水面要求粗糙；更换质地较薄软的纸张，或在使用前用湿毛巾包着标签五分钟左右，使标签变软；调整标签的装置。
