离心机在日常运行中，保证离心机的稳定运行是提高分离效率和机械使用安全的前提，这是一个系统的工程，需要在日常的操作中注意方方面面。那么在日常使用离心机的时候，怎么样才能保证离心机的运行是平稳的呢，下面我们就来分析一下，离心机运行过程需要注意的事项：
首先是加强对设备的管理，对离心机的清洗尤其是转鼓的清洗，才能减少转鼓上面污物的积累，避免离心机因为转鼓受力不均匀而发生振动，清洗转鼓要注意用冲洗水反复冲刷，可以保证转鼓冲洗*。
同时还需要定期清理凝絮剂储存装置，减少污泥粘附在离心机的转鼓上面，可以保证离心机的转鼓在运作的时候，其受力是均匀的，在设备正常的情况下，发挥zui大的功效。
而在操作人员水平的培训方面也得加强，离心机操作是一个系统的动作，每一步都必须准确无误，对突发情况有良好的应对措施，比如根据生产需要，及时调整回流开度。
在离心机初始安装时就应该考虑到离心机在工作状态下的振动，采用牢固的钢结构做为基座，保证离心机滑轮和差速器的高度差小雨5毫米，然后通过和管线的连接，根据负载动态判断机器的振动幅度。
减少离心机物料杂质的负荷，减少分离物料的固体含有率，因为物料被甩出来的时候速度快，如何有较多大颗粒杂质，可能导致离心机各部件加速磨损，离心机不稳定运行就在情理之中。
以上就是有关离心机在日常运行中需要注意的事项，尤其要注意的是要保证离心机的转鼓在运作的时候，其受力是均匀的，这样就可以避免离心机在运作的时候，发生强烈的振动，使得离心机运行平稳。
