自动燎毛炉是我公司最近精心研制开发的用于牲猪刨毛后去除残留绒毛的专用设备。经试验使用证明其性能、效率、自动化和可靠程度*符合高效、连续生产的需要，并达到屠宰行业卫生标准要求，其的使用性能具有国内领先水平，它是目前国内大、中型牲猪屠宰厂首选设备。

LML-I Type Auto-singeing oven is especially designed for the pig fine hair removing. It was testified of high efficiency/high automation and trustable which is already measure up to the hygienic standard in the slaughtering industry. It is advanced in China and is the best choice for the large and medium-sized slaughtering plant.

本设备由炉体、排风、自动控制、火焰喷射等装置组成。

It is composed with the oven body, air discharge device, auto-control system, flame spraying device and so on.

本设备采用电、燃气、机械于一体，实现了全部自动化作业。牲猪经过蒸汽烫毛、螺旋刨毛机刨毛工序后，由运动导轨牵引进入自动燎毛炉，猪胴体进入后，监测系统便发出信号指令电气元件工作打开燃气阀门，此时喷头喷出火焰对猪胴体进行燎毛，完成后猪胴体经导轨离开，火焰自行变小只留火种。它很好的解决了以往人工燎毛的工作hig、效率低下、燎毛不净等缺陷。

It combined electricity; gas and mechanization into one which made the full automation come true. The pig will lead into the auto-singeing oven by the guide rail after the steamed scalding and hair removing. Once the pig come into the oven, the observation system will send signals to the electric elements to turn on the gas valve, and then the nozzle will spray flame to singe the carcass of the pig. The carcass will lead away by the guide rail after the hair removing, and the flame will wane automatically and leaving only the tinder.

It made up for the deficiency of the manual singeing such as high intensity of labor, poor efficiency, hair remaining and so on.

LML-I型自动燎毛炉主要是对打毛后的猪胴体进行燎毛处理，去除残留绒毛，使猪胴体卫生无残毛。

LML-I Type Auto-singeing oven is used to remove the fine hair of the pig after hair removing which can made the carcass of the pig more hygienic and clean.

After the singeing, it can leave the tinder automatically, lest the frequency of firing.

4.     工作原理

Operating principle

牲猪经过蒸汽烫毛、螺旋刨毛机刨毛工序后，由运动导轨牵引进入自动燎毛炉，猪胴体进入后，监测系统便发出信号指令打开燃气阀门，此时喷嘴喷出火焰对猪胴体进行燎毛，完成后猪胴体进入下一工序，火焰自行变小只留火种，等待下一个猪胴体进入并完成新一轮燎毛过程。

The pig will lead into the auto-singeing oven by the guide rail after the steamed scalding and hair removing. Once the pig come into the oven, the observation system will send signals to the electric elements to turn on the gas valve, and then the nozzle will spray flame to singe the carcass of the pig. The carcass will lead away by the guide rail to the next process after the hair removing, and the flame will wane automatically and leaving only the tinder waiting for the next carcass.

5.     安装与调试

Installation and trial run/ debugging

1)     安装要求：检查设备在运输过程中是否有磕碰损伤按工艺要求做好土建基础，然后将整机安装于基础之上；

Installation requirement: Check if the equipment was damaged during the delivery, and finish the infrastructure and then install the machine.

2)     调试：设备运行前检查各部件有无松动现象，燃气系统是否牢固可靠,各仪表是否正常，然后接通电源，一切正常后投入使用。

Trial Run: To check whether the parts are loose, whether the fuel system is firm and reliable, and whether every meter is normal. And then you can turn the power on and put it into use.

6.     试车trial run

按顺序打开电源开关、冷却水阀门（手阀）、燃气总阀（手阀）、约半分钟后按下点火开关，喷头点燃，使自动燎毛炉处于工作状态，检查各机构运作是否正常。经空载试验后，无异常，方可进行负载试验。

Turn on the power switch, water cooling valve, fuel valve one by one and then turn on the ignition switch about 30 seconds later. The nozzle will spray flame and the machine will be on the working condition. And then you can check whether it is working normally or not. You can put it into use after the idle operation if there is nothing wrong.

7.     安全操作要点

Rules of safety operation

1)     严禁在储气罐、燃气管道周围进行高温和有冲击性的作业。

No high temperature and impact operation around the air tank and the fuel line.

2)     专人操作，注意燃气有无泄漏及泄漏报警提示，及时采取措施。

Need a specialist operator to pay attention to the fuel leakage and the alarm, so as to take measures timely.

3)     工作时应注意各喷头的燃烧情况，必要时进行调节。

Pay attention to all the nozzles to see if the flame is normal and to adjust them if necessary.

4)     燃烧炉进出口及周围，禁止人员靠近。

No entry around the oven.

5)     清洁、维修保养时，必须炉体冷却确认不能被启动，并挂提示牌。

When you want to clean and maintain the oven, make sure that the oven is cooling and can not start up and also hang the warning board.

6)     工作完毕后，切断电源关闭所有阀门。

Cut all the power and valve off after work.

7)     操作者应具备机械和电器操作知识；

The operator should be acknowledged with mechanical ａnd electric operation.

8)     操作者应熟悉自动燎毛炉的结构，使用性能，安全规程及本说明书等；

The operator should be familiar with the structure the function and safety rules and the instruction manual, etc.

9)     操作人员要经岗位培训，持证上岗；

The operator should be trained before working.

10)  每班作业前应日常检查；

To check the machine before working for each shift

11)  用户必须建立必要的规章制度及安全操作规程。

The user should set up the safety rules and regulations.

8.     检查、维护、保养及故障排除方法

Checking, maintenance and trouble eliminating

本设备出厂前均经检验试运转，但出厂后可能由于运输装卸等因素而造成失调或故障，因此必须对整机进行一次全面检查，在确定各处都完好后，方可安装使用。

The machine was inspected and debugged before sale, but as there might be something wrong during the delivery. So, you should give it an overall check before put it into use.

本机安装使用后，除平时保养外，应定期进行检修，磨损过多的零件应及时更换以保证机器的正常运转。

During the usage, you should check it regularly besides the maintenance, and change the over-worn parts to ensure the normal running.

常见的故障及排除方法在下表中做出了详细的说明，在发现以下故障时，请参照下表执行。

The common troubles and the solutions are in the following chart for your reference.

如按以下方法不能解决问题，请勿再盲目拆卸，以免故障范围扩大，请速与厂家业务部门联系维修。

If you still can not solve the above problems, please do not dismantle it lest making things worse. Please contact the supplier for the repairing.

9.     维修maintenance and repair

在检查中凡不符合要求的均应立即维修，调整或更换零部件。维修应做到以下要求：

1)     维修时更换件应与原材料性能相同；

2)     自动燎毛炉处于工作状态时，不许进行保养和维修。

You should repair, adjust or change the spare parts if they are unqualified. Please obey the following requirements:

1) The function of the replaced parts should be the same with the original production.

2) You should not repair it when it is in the work condition.

10.  主要易损件Main vulnerable parts

主要易损件有以下几种 The main vulnerable parts are as following：
