蛋卷成型机

1）Introducing设备介绍：

The Model HTL-2200 Machine is a domestic new-generation  fully-automatic production line, researched developed with Japanese top-notch technology, to produce hollow-core stick. The production line is made up of a beating machine for raw  semi finished materials, a curing main machine,two conveyors, two slurry-poured 

machines  a conveyer belt.

HTL -2200型号设备是国内新一代的全自动生产线，研究了并使用日本的技术开发，生产蛋卷空心棒。该生产线是由一台原料打浆机用于原料和半成品材料，一台烘焙主机，两台送浆机，两台灌心机和输送带。

2) Product processing生产过程：

According to the prescription, raw materials are placed into the mixing machine to be stirred into even powdered slurry,  then conveyed onto the heated wheel hub in the baking machine. After baking, the soft bar is scraped by a scraper  put in reeling shaft to circle into a bar shape.  cut into a needed length to be collected in the conveyer belt, through grooved rails.

根据配方原料放在打浆机上搅拌抖均匀的粉浆，用送浆机送到烘焙机加热的轮鼓上，烘焙后，刮刀将软的粉条刮出，放进卷心棒轴（本机组配二组芯棒轴）绕成棒状，切成所需的长度，利用坑槽送至输送带收集。

3) Characteristics基本特点：

l The baking machine is heated with gas to give a space of a effective temperature-holding, utilizing energy reasonably, by a automatic control system including ignition, alarm cut-off gas generator  temperature control devices.

l The machines of the unit are installed with a program-controlled system.

l The speed of the wheel hub  the powder slurry thickness can be adjusted.

l The diameter of wafer bar can be changed by transferring different reeling bar shafts.

l The length of wafer bar can be changed by adjusting the diaphragm aperture, which controls a shear.

l The cream  other infillings can be completely  partly poured into hollow-core wafer bar. In the proceeding above, their main engines are  controlled by their own frequency converters.

该烘焙机使用了气体加热，加热采用自动点火，自动报警后自动切断气源，自动保温控制，有效保温空间可尽量利用能源。该机组装置可编程控制系统。粉浆的厚度和速度是可以调节的。威化棒的直径通过不同的棒秆轴不同而改变。威化棒的长度通过调整光眼触动切力来控制。空心威化棒可以全部或部分注入奶油或其他芯料可使用变频控制电机。
