设备主要分为四个单元：入料单元、视觉检测单元、不良品剔除单元、出料单元。

视觉检测单元根据产品大小采用多套视觉处理系统对产品瓶口圆度、瓶口破损、瓶身黑点、瓶身脏污、瓶底漏洞、瓶底黑点进行*的检测。

检测设备可与生产设备连接，对每个产品逐一检测，优化生产工艺，提高检测效率和准确性降低企业人力成本。

The equipment is mainly divided into 4 units: feeding unit, vision detection unit, defective product removing unit and discharging unit.
The vision detection unit adopts several units of vision detection system according to the product size to carry out full range detec-tion on the cap roundness, damage on the cap, black dot or dirt on the bottle, leak or black dot on the bottle bottom.
