性能与特点
·系统设有电磁阀可加装气动调压阀，对气源进行精确控制，与润滑液充分混合雾化，减少机械*之损耗，冷却润滑效果更佳。
·a .数显控制：冷却润滑时间和间歇时间均可调整。（内般有锁键功能，可锁定设置后的润滑和间歇系统时固可设定，“L U B"润滑時：也设有断电记忆功能，如工作时间设定1 6秒工作到1 4秒断电了，下次通电可以继续按1 4秒开始计时 1 -9 9 9（秒），“INT"间歇：1 - 9 9 9（秒）特殊要求可定制
·b . P L C控制：冷却润滑时间和间歇时间由外部P L C控制
·c .无控制：冷却润滑时和间歇时间无需控制
·设有液位开关、当冷却润滑液不足时蜂鸣器会发出报警信号、并将异常信号输出。（数显控制器液位不足显示E R O )。
·面板指示灯可显示出润滑和间歇状态
·系统建议使用气压为0 . 4 - 0 . 6 M P a
·默认液体和气管直径6 m m
·配合（M P V型）自吸式冷却润滑喷雾器使用。
Performance and Characteristics

·a. Digital display control: adjustable cooling and lubrication time and intermittent time. "LUB"

to 14 seconds of work, the next power can continue to press 14 seconds start timing 1-999
(seconds), "INT" intermittent: 1-999 (seconds) special requirements can be customized
· b.plc control: cooling and lubrication time and intermittent time are controlled by external PLC
