此生产线采用*技术，全部自动一体化控制，全不锈钢制造，清洗*，可连续化作业，处理量大，节水节能，省人省力。适用于厨房，团膳，蔬菜等农产品加工厂，大型企业，*，机关，学校食堂等。此生产线将前道整理去杂等工序切割完毕的蔬菜通过强力鼓泡，涡流清洗，水流冲浪，翻转等清洗方式后，出产的蔬菜更清脆，鲜度更好，保存期更长，然后将带有水的蔬菜振动脱水后，即可装框使用。可分为Ⅰ型中小型生鲜蔬菜加工线和Ⅱ型生鲜蔬菜加工线。
