应用范围

污水处理厂的污泥（浓缩后的污泥，含沙的污泥等） 隧道泥浆、研磨性介质、建筑泥浆、矿浆；、沙石浆 水煤浆，灰水浆、高浓度粘泥，水泥浆

优势：

特别耐磨损，泵腔宽大，进出口无堵塞，介质在泵内的输送距离短； 高硬度衬板设计，激光硬化或镀碳化硅 宽大的转子设计，转子特殊耐磨材料，NBR橡胶，和飞机轮胎是同一材质，延长转子寿命 软—硬配合的过流腔体设计保证了泵的耐磨性。 针对介质的碾磨性凸轮泵提供四面全衬板保护。此设计下的泵壁不与介质直接接触，任何状态的磨损均可由更换衬板而实现再修复。 凸轮泵的轴密封为无需维护的单机械密封；两个机械密封均浸泡在润滑油中（不可用油脂润滑）。对于磨蚀性强的介质，密封面SIC/SIC材质可选。 同时，凸轮泵设计有一个中间隔离腔， 中间隔离腔充满润滑油，既可以起到润滑作用（润滑机械密封以及转子与轴的连接装置）；又能监测机械密封的状态是否良好（机械 油会在压力下由螺旋孔溢出）。 提供机械密封冲洗系统：
