罗茨风机从高速热风可知，高速热风必须要有较高压力和风量，而且压力与风量要平稳。高速热风必须要干净，尤其用于卫生医疗的熔喷布，卫生是重要的。

因此，在熔喷布生产过程中用罗茨风机，由于其具备强制性送气及硬排气性能，在压力布平稳情况下依旧能够保持风量不大幅度变化。

压力变化主要是系统阻力的影响，需要自适应强的“风机”，而罗茨风机就自适应强，主要是它没有内压缩，系统的压力值（理想值）一旦确定，只要在电机功率允许范围内，罗茨风机就能够提供多大压力。因此罗茨风机有较好的自适应性。

罗茨风机输送的热风量几乎不含油，与罗茨风机的*构造有关。对于卫生医疗使用的熔喷布来说，是有严格要求的。结束语；除了上述的之外，其结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、运行平稳、噪音低及振动下，因此很多小企业也是可以实现熔喷布的制造生产的。
