高压雾化喷嘴，又称高压精细雾化喷嘴，以黄铜或不锈钢为主体，内镶不锈钢喷嘴芯和不锈钢导流叶片,内含防滴漏装置。液体在10Kg-70kg的水压之下，高速流动，在导流叶片中形成一个离心旋涡，从高压雾化喷嘴喷孔中喷出极细微的空心式雾粒。高压雾化喷嘴使用特氛龙滩网，雾粒粒径仅为3-5微米，此种高压雾化喷嘴喷孔是使用美国精密打孔机打孔,孔径在0.1mm—0.5mm之间，高压雾化喷嘴的自由组合，可以有效的调节加湿量和喷雾效果。该高压雾化喷嘴的特点是不易堵塞，耐磨性好，喷雾均匀，可以有效的提高产品的质量和生产 效率，制作精良，使用成本低廉。同时我公司还生产和其配套使用的各种喷雾主机,高压管路件，如三通，单喷座，双喷座，直通，弯头，未端堵头等。
