半自动活塞式灌装机（纯气动）是在电器结合机种的基础上设计推出的新一代的产品，它采用气动元件代替了电器控制回路，因此，特别适合在有防爆要求的环境中使用。

纯气动灌装机的选材精良，气动元件均来自于世界*厂家Airtec；

料缸、三通以及灌装头均选用高档316L不锈钢，符合卫生标准；

活塞由聚四氟乙烯制成，能够有效的防止灌装物料的酸碱腐蚀，零件表面粗糙度均低于0.8。
