Fruit and vegetable enzyme production line

应用范围：天然野生果、根茎类蔬菜、各种水果、茎叶类蔬菜；

Application scope: natural wild fruit, root vegetables, kinds of fruits, stems and leaves of vegetables;

基本流程：材料挑选→清洗→漂洗→ 破碎打浆→发酵→过滤分离→调配（螯合）→灌装封口→贴标→喷码→包装→成品

Basic processes: material selection, cleaning, washing, crushing& pulping,, fermentation, filtration and separation, blending (chelate), filling and sealing, labeling, ink jetting, packaging, finished product

发酵工艺：水果酵素采用传统工艺发酵，发酵过程基本分三个阶段: 酵母菌发酵、醋酸菌发酵和乳酸菌发酵。

Fermentation process: use traditional process for fermentation of fruit enzyme, the fermentation process has three stages: yeast fermentation, vinegar organismfermentation and lactobacillus fermentation.

*阶段：酵母菌发酵：酵母菌发酵阶段将大分子分解成小分子，把淀粉分解成二氧化碳和酒精，也叫糖化作用。

First stage: yeast fermentation: yeast fermentation stage will decompose large molecules into small ones, decompose starch into carbon dioxide and alcohol, also known as glycation.

第二阶段：醋酸菌发酵：醋酸菌发酵阶段将酒精分解掉，这个阶段也叫醋化作用。

Second stage: vinegar organism fermentation: decompose the alcohol, this stage is also called acetification.

第三阶段：乳酸菌发酵：乳酸菌发酵阶段乳酸在反応作用下产生益生菌，这个阶段也叫熟成作用。

Third stage: lactobacillus fermentation: lactic acid will produces probiotics under the effect of Nicholas Reaction, this stage is also called Ripening.

主要设备：清洗机、破碎打浆系统、发酵系统（恒温发酵、常温发酵）、热水系统、过滤系统、调配系统、灌装系统、包装系统、输送线、挑选设备、电气控制系统；
