一：设备用途Main Application:

 

本机根椐*进技术精心研制而成，广泛用于制药.化工.食品等行业，本机采用重力混合，对物料的压馈小，混合均匀度高，采用1cr18Ni9Ti制造 筒体，内外壁抛光，功耗小，清洗便，采用真空蝶阀放料.无泄漏及粉尘飞扬。

This kind of Mixer is mainly used for pharmaceuticals, chemicals and foodstuff industry area, adopting gravity mixing with characteristics of high uniformity mixing and less crushing and less power consumption. The cylinder wall was polished both inside and outside, cleaning conveniently, and equipped with a butterfly valve for discharging without leakage and dust flour dust emissions.

     混合筒结构*，混合物功效高，*，筒体用为不锈钢制作，内外壁抛光，外型美观，混合均匀，用途广泛。符合GMP标准。

The cylinder body made of stainless steel and its unique structure realizing high efficient mixing and without dead ends, meeting with the international standard of GMP.

     该机对较细的粉粒，凝块后或二种以上的粉状体，含有一定水份的物料均能混合。如对微量物相和的添加物也可达到混和效果（指添加量很少的配料混合）。

The mixing materials can be more than two kinds of fine particle powders, water containing and grume materials, and even the micro-phase additives can be mixed well (means the less additives with amount of ingredients).
