工作周期：
1、使用油水分离过滤机对每台机床冷却水箱工作3～4小时，而后转到下一台机床；
2、建议每台机床的冷却水箱每周循环过滤一次；
3、油水分离过滤机每班可分离过滤2台机床冷却水箱或每周单班10台机床冷却水箱。
操作方法：
1、使用时将浮子放入冷却水箱中油污集中处漂浮在冷却液表面；
2、将回水管放入冷却水箱出水口处；
3、给油水分离机通电（撇油机220V/25W+水泵290W）工作；
4、油水混合液通过浮子抽进袋式过滤器（精度25μ）过滤，再通过水泵（或隔膜泵）抽到油水分离器内进行油水分离，干净的冷却液返回到冷却水箱内，污油被隔离，通过盘式撇油机将污油排到废油收集桶内。
