一、酵母真空转鼓过滤机简介
酵母真空转鼓过滤机是我公司在不断总结客户单位使用的宝贵经验基础上持续完善，吸收国外的*技术，结合我公司生产的淀粉真空转鼓过滤机的合理结构，自主研制开发的酵母专用JM型真空转鼓过滤机，本机连续运转、自动操作、过滤速度快、滤液澄清度高、运转可靠、维修方便，式一种理想的酵母液脱水设备，可替代国外同类进口设备。

二、工作原理
酵母真空转鼓过滤机工作原理与一般真空转鼓过滤机基本相同，主要区别在于转鼓无格室，滤室不分腔，过滤前必须进行过滤介质（如马铃薯淀粉）的预涂，由预涂层和不锈钢滤布共同完成过滤。在真空抽吸作用下，转鼓外表面逐渐吸上所需要的预涂层厚度，然后注入被过滤的酵母液，在真空抽下作用下，开始过滤。液体被吸入转鼓内通道被抽走，悬浮液中的酵母被吸附在预涂层表面，机械刮刀自动进给，不断刮去酵母滤饼，距转鼓表面5-6mm时，刮刀自动停止进给，然后退刀，重新预涂，进入下一个工作循环。
