炭黑过滤机

一、简介
炭黑过滤机是我公司在消化吸收进技术，采用已生产过的外滤式真空转鼓过滤机的合理结构，研制开发而成的固液分离设备。具有结构紧凑、性能*、操作自动连续、运转无级变速、使用维修方便等特点。
Carbon black filter is a kind of solid liquid separation equipment developed by our company in digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology and adopting the reasonable structure of the vacuum drum filter which has been produced. It has the characteristics of compact structure, advanced performance, automatic continuous operation, stepless speed change, convenient operation and maintenance, etc..

二、工作原理
炭黑真空转鼓过滤机系刮刀卸料的固液分离设备。过滤时，在真空抽吸作用下，分离滤液透过滤布、滤室与滤管向分配阀汇集，经自动排放缸排出，而固体颗粒被截留在滤布表面上形成滤饼，滤饼转出液面后，相继进入脱水区与卸料区。处于卸料区的滤饼，在压缩空气的反吹下被吹起由刮刀卸除，至此，一个过来循环即告完成。然后转入滤浆内，开始下一个工作循环。
