工作原理

箱型干燥机中有可移动的盘子，需干燥的原料放在盘子内，运行时风车迫使空气通过电热管，再穿过有很多的小孔隔墙，并均匀吹进原料，当原料均匀烘干后，潮湿的空气从另一道墙口排出

Working Principle

Place material on the movable trays; start the switch on power and machine starts to operate , strong wind wheel activated will blow air from the air inlet into the electric heating tube , hot air goes through the pored separated wall , and blows evenly on the material , moisture will be expelled by the dehumidification blower on the top . Moisture is expelled and material is dried through repeated process

什么是蜂巢式陶瓷除湿转轮

蜂巢式陶瓷除湿转轮是以陶瓷罗维为基材形成蜂巢转轮，然后利用特殊化学合成两段结晶方法，把吸湿剂硅胶和分子筛均匀结晶在陶瓷罗维转轮上，使其具有吸湿能力，这种结构的转轮在运行时不会产生粉末，并且使用寿命大大延长，潮湿的空气通过蜂巢式除湿转轮中无数微孔（吸湿剂）后，湿气被有效的吸收，经除湿转轮过滤分离出来的空气被撤底除湿后成为超低露点的干燥空气，再生也是在同样的原理下进行的，只是通过蜂巢除湿转轮（吸湿剂）的方向相反

Desiccant wheel cellular ceramic substrate is formed of ceramic fiber honeycomb wheels , then the use of special methods of chemical synthesis of two crystals , the hygroscopic agent silica gel and molecular sieve crystals evenly on the wheel in the ceramic fiber , it has strong moisture absorption capacity . The structure of the wheel will not have powder in the run-time and significantly longer service life . Moist air through the desiccant wheel in numerous cellular micro (hygroscopic agent ), the moisture is effectively absorbed by the desiccant wheel out of the air filter was completely isolated after a low dew point dehumidification dry air . Regeneration is carried out under the same principle , only through the honeycomb desiccant wheel (hygroscopic agent )in the opposite direction

在什么情况下使用除湿机

塑料制品成型不良，多数源自除湿干燥不良，美国塑料协会建让成型前的塑料必须干燥到0.02%以下的含水率，透明度不佳，滤道粘住，毛边，气泡，封条，流痕，开裂，尺寸稳定性不佳，产生内压力，产品物性强度不足等缺点，其多数不良原因，在于成型前塑料未被充分除湿干燥所致，尤其高浸水性塑料如：PET，PBT，PA，PC等更需要超低露点DEW POINT-40℃干燥设备
