牛初乳巴氏杀菌机使用流程：

1、将袋子放入初乳筐中进行固定，一个初乳夹子可以放4盒；

2、将放了初乳袋的初乳筐放入我们的模具当中，就是我们加工的不锈钢的固定槽进行固定，我们设计的就是放筐非常好放置，节省人力；

3、将设备的电源打开，然后开启旋转按钮，在旋转的过程中盖上盖子，我们设计开盖急停装置，就是盖子打开之后是不工作的，这样保护我们的工作人员的操作安全；

4、到了杀菌的温度时间之后，将设备的盖子打开，将杀菌好的初乳取出来；

这样我们的牛初乳就杀菌好了，如果需要解冻，工作流程是差不多的，设定到合适的温度就可以了。
