天然气工业烧杯加热方式使热效率大大提高，有效降低运行成本，冷热风交替回吹有助于炒制过程中快速脱皮及吹出；进一步升级内部结构使炒出的脱皮瓜子不但色泽及光泽度好而且脱净率高、酥香度好，更加符合脱皮瓜子生产工艺；新型除尘系统，采用脉冲袋式除尘器可直排车间，操作简单、维修简便；该炒锅可满足坚果不同的炒制时间、温度及旋转速度，运行起来更加安全稳定。

The roasted seeds production line is designed for automatic contintity production. It consists of automatic feeding device (patent), multi-functional roasting machine (patent), New bag dust removal system, discharge conveyor, Wind separator, cooling machine, and gray skin conveyor make the frying seeds to get automatic quantitative feeding. The finished products are directly selected for cooling and packaging, and the other dust are automatically collected and recycled, so that the discontinuous production can be converted into continuous production and improve work efficiency, reduce management cost.
