颗粒包装机用途：该机适用于医药，食品，日化等行业中的松散状，无粘结性颗粒状物料并有计量要求的中小袋自动包装，如：冲剂，麦片，咖啡，结晶状物料（味精，白糖，食盐等），细小丸物料（中成药，干燥剂）等。
Usage: Machine is suitable for packing loose, non sticky granule material in the medicine, food, daily chemical and other industry, and automatic packing into sachets with measuring requirement. 颗粒包装机特点：
- 性能*，强度高，噪声低，结构紧凑，运行平稳，使用寿命长。放膜机械可成水平90°旋转并增设了接膜机械，使换接膜与维修更加方便。
- 采用五伺服同步驱动，人机界面上触摸调整，通过PLC控制，使各执行机构能精确自动同步定位。
- 自动化程度高，本机从纵封，纵切，横封，充填装料，打码，切易撕口，切虚线，横切，直至成品袋输出能一次性完成。
- 采用高精度整体碾压式热封辊，作为封合模具。四边封口，多列袋形式。包装速度快，且袋形平整，精致美观，包装效率高。
- 调整快捷方便，不需要更换模具就可以进行袋长无级调整。且纵封，横封，充填料，打批号，切虚线，横切等执行机构均可通过人机界面进行调整。
- 充填计量精确，针对不同的颗粒物料，根据其充填性状不同，专门设计了气缸推动摆动式与推拉式两种不同形式的下料机构。摆式配以三角形可调 加料机构，推拉式设计成平板内置形量杯，两种形式计量都能独立调整且精度高，使每列袋都能独立方便地进行精细准确计量调整。
- 采用光电跟踪系统，保证了包装袋双面图案自动对版，并具有自动计数功能。
- 本机型特增设了行膜自动纠偏与行膜阻尼机构，保证行膜的直线度与张紧度的稳定性，从而大大提高了袋形的平整与美观程度。
- 对包材适应性强，本机封合温度具有自动控制功能，且控制精度高（±1℃左右）。可适应国内外生产的多种包装薄膜，如PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE等。
- 可适当增设附加功能，如袋切断可选配虚刀，平刀，甚至异型刀，及选配各种报警要求等。
Characteristic:

- High precision whole rolling type heat sealing rollers are adopted as sealing mould, four side sealing, and multi-lane sachet form. With high packing speed, smooth bag shape, delicate and beautiful, packing and high efficiency.
- Easy and fast to adjust, it can step-less adjust pouch length without changing the mould. And can adjust the functions as longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, filling, embossing, Dotted line cutting, and transverse cutting through man-machine interface.
- Accurate in measurement. According to different powder material, we adopt material level detection, rotary feeding mechanism, to ensure the material level keep in a certain height and evenly slew. Every lane match with cylindrical leaves screw servo motor to feeding, measuring feeding dosage can be setup independently in ma-machine interface and can be fine tuned, each lane’s dosage can be adjusted easily and accuray.
- Photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure correct printing and with automatic counting function.
- The machine with film automatic correction and film damping mechanism, to ensure the straightness and tension stability of film, and make the pouch more smooth and beautiful.
- Adaptability of the package film, the sealing temperature of machine is with automatic control, and has high control accuracy(±1℃). Suitable for most complex film packing film: such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE and so on.
- Extra functions set up, for example, sachet cutting can choose dotted line knife or flat cutting knife, abnormal shape knife etc, and can choose different kinds of alarm requirement.
