初效过滤器主要适用于空调与通风系统预过滤、洁净室回风过滤、局部高效过滤装置的预过滤，主要用于过滤5uM及以上粒径的尘埃粒子。我公司生产的初效过滤器有板式、密褶式、袋式三类，外框材料有纸质、铝板、冷板喷塑、镀锌板和不锈钢板等样式，过滤材料有无纺布、化纤、玻璃纤维等，过滤效率35％--95％@5um(计重法)。 初效空气过滤器具有通风量大，容尘量大，强度高，结构牢固的特点；框架及支撑架均可重复使用，更换过滤器时仅需更换内部滤料，且方便快捷，大大降低运行成本费用。
