【进口氨气截止阀】工作原理：
氨气阀门的高压腔与钢瓶连接，低压腔为气体出口，并通往使用系统。高压表的示值为钢瓶内贮存气体的压力。低压表的出口压力可由调节螺杆控制。使用时先打开钢瓶总开关，然后顺时针转动低压表压力调节螺杆，使其压缩主弹簧并传动薄膜、弹簧垫块和顶杆而将活门打开。这样进口的高压气体由高压室经节流减压后进入低压室，并经出口通往工作系统。转动调节螺杆，改变活门开启的高度，从而调节高压气体的通过量并达到所需的压力值。氨用截止阀都装有安全阀。它是保护氨气减压阀并使之安全使用的装置，也是氨气减压阀出现故障的信号装置。如果由于活门垫、活门损坏或由于其它原因，导致出口压力自行上升并超过一定许可值时，安全阀会自动打开排气。
The high pressure chamber of the ammonia valve is connected with the cylinder. The low pressure chamber is the gas outlet and leads to the service system. The pressure gauge indicates the pressure of the stored gas in the cylinder. The outlet pressure of low pressure meter can be controlled by adjusting screw. When in use, the cylinder main switch is opened first, and then the pressure regulating screw of the low pressure gauge is rotated clockwise to compress the main spring and drive the film, spring cushion block and ejector rod to open the valve. The imported high-pressure gas enters the low-pressure chamber through throttling and decompression, and passes through the outlet to the working system. Rotate the adjusting screw to change the opening height of the valve, so as to adjust the passing amount of high-pressure gas and achieve the required pressure value. Ammonia globe valves are equipped with safety valves. It is a device to protect the ammonia pressure reducing valve and make it safe to use. It is also a signal device for the failure of the ammonia pressure reducing valve. If the outlet pressure rises spontaneously and exceeds a certain allowable value due to valve mat, valve damage or other reasons, the relief valve will automatically open the exhaust.
