It is mainly used in steam pipelines of thermal power plants with Class150-4500, working temperature-29-425 C (carbon steel) or-29-580 C (stainless steel, chromium-molybdenum steel), for cutting off or connecting the medium in the pipelines. Choosing different materials can also be applied to water, steam, oil products, second and imported large caliber high temperature and high pressure gate valve structure. The gate plate of imported large caliber high temperature and high pressure gate valve has two sealing surfaces. 大口径阀门主要适用于火力电站各种系统的管路上，切断或接通管路介质。适用介质:水、蒸气等非腐蚀性介质。高压阀门与其他阀门产品相比的特点是高温高压，*的自密封设计，压力越高，密封越可靠。由于性能技术特性、工况的特殊使产品也形成了其他产品所替代不了的特点。大口径高压球阀常常忽视注脂量的问题。注脂枪加油后，操作人员低温截止阀选择阀门和注脂联结方式后，进行注脂作业。存在着二高压闸阀种情况:一方面注脂量少注脂不足，密封面因缺少润滑剂而加快磨损。另一方面注脂过量，造成浪费。在于没有根据阀门类型类别，对不同的阀门密封容量进行精确的计算。可以以阀门尺寸和类别算出密封容量，再合理的注入适量的润滑脂。
