【进口低温截止阀】工作原理：
(1)低温阀门进口低温截止阀的长阀杆具有保护低温阀门填料函的功能，因为填料函的密封性是低温阀的关键之一。该填料函处如果泄漏，将降低保冷效果，导致液化气体气化。在低温状态下随着温度的降低，填料弹性逐渐消失，防漏性能随之下降，由于介质渗漏造成填料与阀杆处结冰，影响阀杆正常操作同时也会因阀杆上下移动而浆填料划伤，引起严重泄漏。因此要保证填料臬部位的温度在8℃以上。
(2) 低温阀门的长阀杆盖结构便于缠绕保冷材料，防止低温阀门冷能损失。
(3) 低温阀门进口低温截止阀的长阀杆便于阀门主件通过阀盖拆下进行快速更换。由于设备冷段中的工艺管道和阀门经常装设在'冷箱'中，长颈阀盖可以穿过'冷箱'壁伸出。更换阀门主件时，只需通过阀盖进行拆换，而不需拆卸阀体。阀体与管道焊接成一体，尽可能地减小了冷箱的渗漏，保证了阀门的密封性。
