进口立式渣浆泵产品描述：
1、可用于火力发电厂垃圾渗滤液集水坑、洗煤场积煤水坑，高浓度含煤渣废水排送。
2、可用市政、化工、印染、医药、造船、铸造、食品等行业抽吸浓稠液、污浊
液、糊状体、流砂及城市河道的流动污泥等亦可用作煤矿排除含有泥块小砾石的流体。
3、若与高压水泵，水枪配合，组成水力机械化土方工程机组，就可用作于土地
平整，河道与池塘的疏浚、凿开等小型水利工程的挖方与输方，以及城市的防空工程，地下工程。
4、用于冶炼厂氧化铁皮坑中含有高浓度氧化铁皮的废水等。
5、输送介质的流量、扬程等参数可以由用户选定（流量范围3m3/H -800m3/H, 扬程范围5-300M）
特点：
本泵系单级单吸立式离心泵，流体沿泵轴的轴线成 70°方向出，主要部件有蜗壳、叶轮、泵座、泵壳、支撑筒、电机座、电动机等。蜗壳、泵座、其他过流部件、叶轮螺母等均是316L铸造、耐腐性、耐腐蚀性较好，加工工艺方便。
叶轮为三片单圆弦弯叶，选用半开式叶轮或者螺旋式，并采用可锻铸铁、所以强度高，耐腐蚀：加工方便，通过性好，效率高。三单圆式叶轮能很好的起到搅拌作用，取代了传统的搅拌头架构，降低了水泵的轴功率，节约的电机配套成本及电费。
为了减轻重量和减少车削量、泵轴是优质碳素钢冷拉圆钢制造或316L。
泵座中装有四只骨架油封或机封和轴套，防止轴磨损，延长轴的使用寿命。
泵体下部无球轴承，按API610标准制造，泵体外可加装外接冷却水或冲洗水管，较传统的清水液下泵，可以输送较高温度液体
本泵可垂直或倾斜使用，占地面积小，蜗壳需埋在工作介质中工作，容易启动，不需引水，旋转方向应从电机尾部看是顺时针方向工作。
总机长度备有各种规格，以便使用单位根据用途因地制宜地选用。
