产品用途 Purposes

用于瓜子、花生、糖果、开心果、果仁、各类坚果、休闲食品、肉类等颗粒状、片状、条状及不规则形状物料的定量称重及分装，适合各种圆形规格的易拉罐和异形罐，质量可靠，操作简便，是食品、制药、化工等行业*的理想设备。可单独使用，也可以与其它生产线配套使用。

This product is applicable for various round cans and irregular cans to quantitatively weigh and fill granule, sheet, strip and irregularly shaped materials like melon seeds, peanuts, candies, nutlets, nuts, leisure food and meat. With reliable quality and easy operation, it is ideal equipment necessary for such industries as food, pharmacy and chemical engineering. The machine can be used alone or together with other production lines.

1.适用范围广，只要更换模具就可适合不同规格的圆形罐和异形罐的定量分装；

3.采用高精度组合称，触摸屏上直接设定分装克重，称量精度高；

3. High weighing accuracy is ensured with high-precision combined weigher and by directly setting gram weight on the touch panel;

4.当有罐进入时，才相应称量分装，无罐不给料；

4. Corresponding weighing and filling are conducted only when there is a can, and no can no filling;

    5.输送带单独无极调速，结构简单，操作维护方便；

5. The continuously-variable conveyor is simple in structure and easy to operate and maintain;

6.外罩与主要零部件采用304不锈钢，满足食品、药品卫生要求。
