  一、什么叫压铸模温机？

    压铸模温机全称压铸模具控温机。是指一种专门用于压铸设备控温、加热、恒温的机械设备。也可以称之为模温机、油温机、导热油加热器、等等。

二、压铸模温机在压铸行业的应用：

    在压铸行业，模具的温度影响压铸件的质量!  适当的模具表面温度分布必需因应产品的形状，如厚度、横切面厚薄变化等表面要求，及生产周期而决定。 模温机的加热方法应为热油加热。热油不间断地通过模具内管道，从内部进行模具加热，使模具达到适合生产的状态。由于导热油不但能加热，亦可像水般进行冷却，功能像热交换器般，可保持模具温度在一定范围内，即使生产中断时亦可适当地保持模具温度。模温机控温精确，能使模具温度保持范畴，模具不会过热减少粘模，生产可产连续温定进行，同时可提高铸件尺寸精度及表面光洁度，防行铸件紧缩而产裂纹，也可更好地生产复纯薄壁铸件！
