膨化食品筛花机 采用全自动化配套方式完成工艺流程：从润米、麦开始，自动提升米、麦到膨化机进行自动膨化米、麦；膨化食品筛花机 膨化完成经过米、麦花输送到自动筛选机进行筛选；筛选完成后通过米花提升输送到烘烤机对米、麦花进行烘烤；烘烤完成后进入米、麦花储存罐收集；炒糖机进行自动计量主料及辅料进行炒制；炒制完成后倒入成型机进行自动布料、自动成型、自动脱模；自动送入理料机，理料机自动整体排序分送至包装机整理输送段，包装机完成自动包装。

We adopt fully automated matching manner to accomplish the process : moisten the rice or wheat and automatically lift these materials into puffing machine to make rice or wheat flower ;

automatically convey the puffed rice or wheat into sieve machine ; convey the selected puffed rice or wheat into baking machine to bake ; convey the baked rice or wheat into popcorn storage tanks ; use fried sugar machine to automatically measure major and minor ingredients and fry; pour the fried materials into molding machine to automatically convey them into sorting machine, sort them and separay convey them into sorting conveyer section. Finally, packaging machine automatically packs the finished products.
