① 星轮式贴标，适用于西林瓶等圆瓶的立式贴标，具备贴双标功能(在普通标签上贴温度传感标签)，性能处于国内地位，稳定贴标精度高，贴标精度在±0.5mm

② 速度达600瓶/分钟(与瓶子及标签尺寸有关)

③ 计数准确率高达99%

④ 螺杆分瓶机构，分瓶均匀，进入星盘机构顺畅、不破瓶

⑤ 星轮式贴标与剔除装置，保证高速运行时能够检测并剔除错误物料

⑥ 产品规格模具化，可通过快速更换模具的方式，实现多种规格产品贴标

⑦ 配置CCD视觉检测功能，能够有效检测三期打印等信息的完整性

⑧ 整机坚实耐用，采用主体框架和安全门设计，符合 GMP生产要求

(1) Features

① Star wheel labeling, suitable for vertical labeling of round bottles such as vials, with dual labeling function (posting temperature sensor labels on ordinary labels), leading domestic performance, stable labeling with high precision, Standard accuracy is ±0.5mm

② Speed up to 600 bottles/min (related to bottle and label size)

③ Counting accuracy is as high as 99%

④ Screw bottle separating mechanism, evenly separating the bottles, smoothly entering the astrolabe mechanism without breaking the bottle

⑤ Star wheel labeling and rejection device to ensure accurate detection and removal of wrong materials during high-speed operation

⑥ The product specifications are moulded, and the labeling of products of various specifications can be realized by means of quick mould replacement

⑦ Equipped with CCD visual inspection function, which can effectively detect the completeness of information such as three-phase printing

⑧ The whole machine is solid and durable, adopts the main frame and safety door design, which meets GMP production requirements
