设备特点
我公司在借鉴国外杀菌技术的基础上研制的自动开关门机构，采用液压伺服系统实现锅门的全自动开关和安 全连锁，运行顺畅,安全可靠，节约空间。
单锅喷淋杀菌锅由工艺罐、热交换器、水流分配装置、循环泵，自动控制阀，连接管道及PLC触摸屏自控系统组 成。采用板式换热器，间接加热间接冷却,避免水质问题对外包装产生的污染。由于蒸汽和冷却水不直接进入锅 内，温度压力控制更加精确。
采用喷淋式或淋水式杀菌方式，杀菌锅内先放人少量水，通过大流量泵使其在锅内循环，从设置于杀菌锅内两侧 或顶部的喷嘴，不断的向被杀菌物喷射覆盖包装 物，热扩散快且热传递分布均匀。
杀菌锅采用PLC全自动控制系统，根据不同食品对 灭菌条件要求，随时设定升温，杀菌和冷却程序， 使每一种食品均可在状态下进行灭菌，从而 避免了由于高温髙压灭菌方式下热损伤大的缺点。 根据不同情况，压力控制系统自动调整压力，进行 反压校正，这对防止容器的变形和破损十分有利。
适用于各类真空包装软罐头产品，以及包装较小的马口铁罐头产品。
