◆ 设备简介
1、加热、油炸、储油、脱油、脱水、油过滤一体化设计，在真空下连续性完成，产品含油量低，产品处于负压状态，在这种相对缺氧的条件下进行食品加工，可以减轻甚至避免氧化作用（例如脂肪酸败、酶促褐变和其他氧化变质等）所带来的危害。在负压状态，以油作为传热媒介，食品内部的水分（自由水和部分结合水）会急剧蒸发而喷出，使组织形成疏松多孔的结构；
2、自动控制温度和压力（真空度），无过热、无过压，确保产品质量和安全生产；
3、脱油采用变频调速，适合含油率低和含油率高的所有产品；
4、油水分离系统可将蒸发的水油冷却分离，减少水循环的污染，提高水的反复使用率，减少油的损耗；
5、油过滤系统：上下油罐、双室加热系统、单独控制加热、油炸时循环过滤油，使油脂始终保持清洁，且减少了油的浪费；
6、该机采用不锈刚材料制成，具有工效高、性能稳定、安装使用方便等特点。
