本线要点：（The line key point)

1. 整线智能化程度高，只需要1名操作工和3名辅助工即可完成整条流水线稳定流畅运行。

 High-inlection filling line only one operator and three assistant workers can control the whole line.

1. 整线环保，灌装旋盖一体机区域采用密闭排风方式并配合除尘器确保现场无粉尘、无异味。

 The whole line is environmentally friendly ,filling and capping multifunction area is using the sealed exhaust manner and cooperate with duster to ensure the production site is no dust ，no peculiar smell.

1. 整线输送架带集液槽，电、气排布采用桥架科学排布，确保现场整洁化、清洁化，能轻松推行5S管理。

 The whole line convey belt is equipped with liquid collecting tank,electricity,gas configuration is        using bridge style scientific configuration, ensure the production site is clean, so it can implement 5S management easily.

1. 整线效率高，整线产能2000瓶/小时，灌装精度±1g,贴标精度±1mm，并配备多道检测系统，确保生产出来的每一件产品100％合格。

 The whole line is efficient, the production capacity is 2000 bottles per hour ,the filling precision is ±1g,the labeling precision is ±1mm,it equipped with multichannel detection system to ensure the product qualified rate is 100％.
