叶片式糖浆过滤机产品简介 Introduction 
YTG是在消化吸收国外及我公司LTG硅藻土过滤机的基础上，为适应糖浆过滤介质之要求而重新设计制作的，用途范围广，还可用作果汁、饮料、啤酒、葡萄酒及水的过滤，过滤介质除硅藻土外，还可用珍珠岩、活性炭等。
YTG Vane-type Syrup Filter is redesigned in order to adapt the requests of syrup filtration medium which base on the absorption of foreign companies and our company LTG diatomite filtration machine. The use of YTG Vane-type Syrup Filter is very broad, it can filtrate fruit juices, drinks, colloid, wine and water, besides diatomite, perlite, active carbon and so on are also available to be the filtration medium. 
特 点 Festures
● 无需纸板，较纸板过滤机可节省过滤成本。
Does not need the cardboard, compares to the cardboard purifier, it can save the filtration cost. 
● 该机所有密封件均采用耐高温硅胶件（食品级）。
All seals of this machine use the thermostable silica gel (food grade). 
● 不锈钢离心泵采用水冷却机械密封，有效延长机械密封使用寿命。
The stainless steel centrifugal pump uses the water cooling mechanical seal, extends the mechanical seal service life effectively. 
● 运动部件少，维修费用低廉，只需要更换密封件。
With few movement part and inexpensive maintenance cost, only needs to replace the seal. 
● 配有CIP清洗功能，无需开盖清洗，有效的喷淋清洗功能可将废硅藻土清洗*，排放后在锥体部分没有任何残留。
Equipped with CIP cleansing function without openings cleansing, effective spray cleansing function can clean the spent diatomite out and out, after emissions nothing left in the cone part.
