• 机械联动视觉检标，偏差率不超过±2mm。
• 机械式下管，平稳可靠，更换产品操作方便。
• 管内壁加热型，保证封口后外观美观，使用瑞士“Leister" 热风系统
• 伺服马达控制充填量，可在触摸屏上做轻松调整。
• 插入式随动注料，从管底开始，排出管内空气，减小产品氧化几率。
• 与物料接触部分均采用316不锈钢制造，符合GMP标准。

Features:

• Automatic tube loading, filling, heating, sealing, cutting and tube unloading.
• The precision of mechanical linking visual detection is within 2 mm.
• Mechanical tube feeding. Only one unit need to be changed when tube size changing.
• Inner Heat System, using “Leister" hot air system to assure high quality sealing.
• Servo motor controls filling, filling volume can be easily adjusted in the touch screen.
• Plug-in filling type fills the product from the bottom of tubes, which ensures less air mixing with the filling material and decreases the possibility of oxidation.
• All contact parts are made of Stainless Steel #316, complying with GMP requirements.
