该机是我司在引进*进技术的基础上，针对国内吹瓶设备向高速化、高产量发展的趋势，专门开发、研制的。可用于各种普通PET瓶及各种耐热PET瓶的吹制。该机具有结构合理、占地面积小、耗电耗气小、稳定性好等众多优点；并符合国家相关食品卫生标准，在国内处于*水平。是国内各类大中型饮料企业吹瓶的理想设备。
设备主要特点main feature
Ø 整机操作采用触摸屏操作，生产速度、班产量计数、故障类别等均可显示在屏幕上。并可自动统计故障发生时间、故障类别等信息，实现人机对话；
It is operated by touch screen, the product speed, class output quantity, fault type are showed on the screen. It also could account fault happening time, fault class and so on. It could realize H-M communication.
Ø 特殊设计的二次吹气系统，确保瓶子成型质量稳定，达到客户相应的技术标准；
Special second air blowing system could be grantee the quality of bottle in order to catch up to the customer’s requirement.
Ø 加热器采用七段式红外线调温控制，数字式自动稳压调温系统；
Heater is used to seven steps infrared ray temperature controller. It is automatically adjust temperature.
Ø 可根据用户不同瓶坯设定相应的加热温度，另包含有吹制各种瓶形所需的软件包；
According to different perform, the temperature would be set, also it contains software bag for all kinds of bottle.
Ø 配备全自动理坯机及瓶坯提升机；
